FIG. 1 is a top plan view of the marker cap portion showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top and front perspective view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom rear perspective view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a side elevation view of the water soluble marker for temporarily coloring fishing line, with the marker cap attached to the marker body;

FIG. 7 is a rear perspective view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a front perspective view.

The ornamental design for a water soluble marker for temporarily coloring fishing line, as shown and described.
