Description

The present application is related to the co-pending U.S. patent application No. 12/390,400 of Antoine Elhaj, filed Feb. 20, 2009, entitled “Broken Heart Shaped Coffin”, and based on which priority is herewith claimed under 35 U.S.C. 120 and the disclosure of which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety as if fully rewritten herein.

FIG. 1 is a rear perspective view of a broken heart shaped urn showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side is a mirror image; and,

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom is not part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for broken heart shaped urn, as shown and described.
