FIG. 1 is a top isometric view of a surgical sewing instrument for moving a surgical thread in accordance with the new design;

FIG. 2 is a side view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a rear view thereof.

The broken line showing portions of a device for moving a thread of a surgical sewing instrument is included for illustrating environmental structure and forms no part of the claimed design.
