FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a combination litter box and house for feline showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a left side elevational view thereof, it being understood that the right side elevational view is a mirror image and that the cat shown in broken lines is for illustrative purposes only and forms not part of the claimed design;

FIG. 3 is a top elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom elevational view thereof.
