Description

FIG. 1 is a right perspective view of the backpack, according to the present invention, showing a top cover for the opening through which one can access the central compartment of the backpack, closure between the top cover and the remainder of the backpack being achieved with the use of buttons, the top cover being shown in the partly open state, and showing a belt, a first a pair of Velcro® straps, and a bowtie which are, respectively, buckled, unfastened and tied; only a fragment of the lower portion of the right shoulder strap being shown for ease of illustration, a child and her toys being shown in dashed lines for illustrative purposes only and not forming part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view of the backpack according to FIG. 1, showing the top cover fully closed by buttons, both the bowtie and a shoelace in their respective tied configurations, and a second pair of Velcro® straps partly unfastened from each other;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view of the backpack according to FIG. 1. showing a pair of shoulder straps buckled to shorter straps, the latter straps being attached to the lower portion of the backpack, a zipper closure and a snap closure being shown in their respective fully closed position;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view of the backpack according to FIG. 1. on which the pair of elongated shoulder straps that in use are buckled to the shorter straps attached to the lower portion of the backpack have been disconnected from these shorter straps and in which both the zipper closure and the snap closure are shown in the partly open positions;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view of the backpack according to FIG. 1, showing a partial closure between the top cover and the remainder of the backpack in which a portion of the opening through which one can access the central compartment of the backpack is exposed to view;

FIG. 6. is a bottom plan of the backpack according to FIG. 1 with the fasteners being showed in their respective closed positions;

FIG. 7 is a left side elevational view of the backpack according to FIG. 1, with the shoelace in its tied configuration and with the second pair of Velcro® straps, partly fastened to each other; and,

FIG. 8 is a right side elevational view of the backpack according to FIG. 1, with the bowtie untied, the first pair of Velcro® straps completely unfastened from each other, and the top cover buttoned to the remainder of the backpack so as to close off the access to its central compartment.
