In the drawings, the broken lines in: FIG. 3 depict a head receiving depression in the top, slide assisting elements on the sides, and cable mounting guides at the bottom; FIG. 6 depict cable connections; and FIG. 7 depict the cables running from the cable connections of FIG. 6.
