FIG. 2 is a perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a left-side elevational view thereof, the right-side elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a top plan view of a lower portion thereof;

FIG. 9 is a bottom plan view of an upper portion thereof; and,

FIG. 10 is a front elevational view of the upper portion thereof.

The broken lines in FIG. 9 depict environmental subject matter only and form no part of the claimed design.

We claim the ornamental design for a personal hair assistant, as shown and described.
