FIG. 1 is a front view of the handheld fan of the present invention, the rear view being the same in appearance;

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the handheld fan of the present invention;

FIG. 3 is a top view of the handheld fan of the present invention;

FIG. 4 is a side view of the handheld fan of the present invention, the right side view and the left side view being the same in appearance; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom view of the handheld fan of the present invention.

I claim the ornamental design for a handheld fan, as shown and described.
