FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a side view thereof displayed with a plurality of tonopen tips disposed therein; and,

FIG. 5 is an exploded view of the side thereof.

The broken lines in FIG. 4 represent environment and form no part of the claimed design.
