The appearance of the image transitions sequentially between the images is shown in FIGS. 1-7 and 8-14. The process or period in which an image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.

The perimeters of the underlying display panel and the graphic user interface are understood to be flush.

The ornamental design for transitional graphic user interface for a display of a mobile telephone, as shown and described.
