FIG. 8 is a perspective view of the wine frame rack with broken lines showing bottles for the purpose of illustration and indicating environmental structure that forms no part of the design to be patented.

The back elevation view is omitted from the Drawings as the wine frame rack has a back that is flat and that is devoid of surface ornamentation.

We claim the ornamental design for a wine frame rack, as shown and described.
