FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the wheel spoke rim;

FIG. 2 is a front view of the wheel spoke rim; and,

FIG. 3 is a side view of the wheel spoke rim, with other sides being mirror images thereof.

The broken line showing of the rim is included for the purpose of illustrating environment and forms no part of the claimed design.
