FIG. 1 is a top, front, perspective view of multi-media rechargeable speaker showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a side view thereof, the opposite side view being a mirror image.

The broken lines in the drawings illustrate environmental material that forms no part of the claimed design.
