FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the front panel assembly for a portable hemodialysis system;

FIG. 2 is an enlarged perspective view of a portion of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is an enlarged perspective view of a portion of FIG. 2;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view of the portion shown in FIG. 3;

FIG. 5 is left side elevational view of the portion shown in FIG. 3, the right side elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view of the portion shown in FIG. 3; and,

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view of the portion shown in FIG. 3.

The broken lines illustrate environmental structure and portions of the front panel assembly for a portable hemodialysis system which form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a front panel assembly for a portable hemodialysis system, as shown and described.
