FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a dock fender comprising the new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevation view thereof, the left side elevation view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front elevation view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevation view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is an top view thereof, the bottom view being a mirror image thereof;

The broken line showing of a dock fender is included for the purpose of illustrating environmental structure and forms no part of the claimed design.
