FIG. 2 is a front view of a second embodiment thereof, which differs from the first embodiment in its number of columns of menu tabs and buttons.

The broken line showing of a patient monitor display, icons, and alphanumeric text is directed to environment and forms no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a patient monitor with a portrait-oriented user interface, as shown and described.
