FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a luminescent element with a lens in which an array of luminescent elements with lenses is mounted on a substrate;

FIG. 2 is a perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a right side view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a bottom view thereof.

The ornamental design for a luminescent element with a lens, as shown and described.
