FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a handle cover, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view of the handle cover disclosed in an alternate position;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view of FIG. 2;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view of FIG. 2;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 2; and,

FIG. 6 is a left side elevational view of FIG. 2, the undisclosed right side being a mirror image.

The broken lines showing refrigerator handles and another handle cover in FIG. 1 depict environmental matter and form no part of the claimed design.

I claim the ornamental design for a handle cover, as shown and described.
