FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a hair cutting apparatus showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevation view of the apparatus of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a side view of the apparatus of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a side view of the apparatus of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevation view of the apparatus of FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is a top view of the apparatus of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 7 is a bottom view of the apparatus of FIG. 1.

I claim the ornamental design for a hair cutting apparatus, as shown and described.
