Description

FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a design of a combination patella drill guide and clamp;

FIG. 2 is a front elevation view of the combination patella drill guide and clamp of FIG. 1 shown removed from its environment in order to show aspects of the design that are not apparent in the perspective view;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevation view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a first side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a second side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a top plan view thereof.

The evenly spaced broken lines shown in the FIG. 3 view, that are immediately adjacent the shaded areas, and define unshaded regions, represent unclaimed boundaries while the evenly spaced broken line showing of the handle in the FIG. 1 view is directed to environment and is for illustrative purposes only; the broken lines form no part of the claimed design.

Claims

We claim the ornamental design for a combination patella drill guide and clamp, as shown and described.
