FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the baseball and softball fielding and throwing aid showing our new design in a first orientation;

FIG. 2 is another perspective view thereof, rotated to a second orientation;

FIG. 3 is another perspective view thereof, rotated to a third orientation;

FIG. 4 is another perspective view thereof, rotated to a fourth orientation;

FIG. 5 is another perspective view thereof, rotated to a fifth orientation;

FIG. 6 is another perspective view thereof, rotated to a sixth orientation;

FIG. 7 is another perspective view thereof, rotated to a seventh orientation;

FIG. 8 is another perspective view thereof, rotated to an eighth orientation; and,

FIG. 9 is another perspective view thereof, rotated to a ninth orientation.

We claim the ornamental design for the baseball and softball fielding and throwing aid, as shown and described.
