FIG. 5 is a perspective view thereof, embodying my new design in a state of use.

The broken lines in FIG. 5 that indicate a vertical portion of a bicycle frame, a card, and spokes of a bicycle wheel are included for the purpose of illustrating the reflective clamp in a state of use and form no part of the claimed design.
