FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a top, front, and side of an ornamental design for a cover and a portion of a receptacle assembly; and,

FIG. 2 is a top plan view of the cover and the portion of the receptacle of FIG. 1.

The broken lines are for the purpose of illustrating environmental structure and form no part of the claimed design. The cover of FIGS. 1 and 2 is depicted as comprising an opaque material, whereas the portion of the receptacle of FIGS. 1 and 2 is depicted as comprising a transparent or translucent material.
