FIG. 1 is a fragmented front side perspective view of a panel for electronic equipment in accordance with the present design wherein the panel is shown on a reduced scale; and,

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof.

The broken lines shown in the drawings illustrate portions of the panel for electronic equipment, and form no part of the claimed design. The stippling in the drawings is for shading purposes only.

The ornamental design for an IT equipment form factor, as shown and described.
