FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a new ornamental hot and cold therapy device;

FIG. 2 is a front view thereof, the rear view being a mirror image of the front view shown in FIG. 3;

FIG. 3 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a side view thereof, the opposite side being a mirror image of the side view shown in FIG. 4; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom view thereof.

The ornamental design for a hot and cold therapy device, as shown and described.
