FIG. 1 is a right side view of the shopping cart handle, showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a perspective view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a front view thereof.

The bottom and rear of the handle are not part of the claimed design.
