Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of a display device or portion thereof with graphical user interface according to our new design; and,

FIG. 2 is an enlarged view thereof, but shown without the broken lines for clarity of illustration.

The portions of the user interface shown in broken lines and the broken outer rectangle showing a portion of a display device is included to show environmental structure and form no part of the claimed design.

Claims

We claim the ornamental design for a display device or portion thereof with graphical user interface, as shown and described.
