FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a first embodiment of a high-heel shoe insole showing my new design configured for a left foot;

FIG. 2 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right side view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a top plan view of a second embodiment of a high-heel shoe insole showing my new design configured for a right foot;

FIG. 8 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 9 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 10 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 11 is a right side view thereof; and,

FIG. 12 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The broken lines shown inside the squiggly shapes in FIGS. 1-5 and 7-11 represent a surface texture that forms part of the claimed design.
