FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a first embodiment of the invention;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view of the first embodiment of the invention;

FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a second embodiment of the invention;

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view of the second embodiment of the invention; and,

FIG. 5 is a detail view of a part used in common in both embodiments of the invention.

The ornamental design for an apparatus for pulling a plastic film over a package, as shown and described.
