FIG. 1 is a front elevation view of a bow tie and handkerchief retail combination, with the bow tie being in an unfolded position, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear elevation view of the design of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view of the design of FIG. 1.

The hanger, including a front locking bar thereof that is attached to a base portion of the hanger with a pair of posts, as well as inner folds of the handkerchief, shown in broken lines form no part of the claimed design.
