Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a confectionary article, showing our new design in an exemplary embodiment;

FIG. 2 is a side elevation view of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the opposite side view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the bottom view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front elevation view of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the back view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 5 is a perspective view of a confectionary article, showing our new design in an exemplary embodiment;

FIG. 6 is a side elevation view of the embodiment shown in FIG. 5, the opposite side view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 7 is a top plan view of the embodiment shown in FIG. 5;

FIG. 8 is a bottom plan view of the embodiment shown in FIG. 5;

FIG. 9 is a front elevation view of the embodiment shown in FIG. 5, the back view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 10 is a perspective view of a confectionary article, showing our new design in an exemplary embodiment;

FIG. 11 is a side elevation view of the embodiment shown in FIG. 10, the opposite side view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 12 is a top plan view of the embodiment shown in FIG. 10;

FIG. 13 is a bottom plan view of the embodiment shown in FIG. 10; and,

FIG. 14 is a front elevation view of the embodiment shown in FIG. 10, the back view being a mirror image thereof.

The broken-line disclosure in the views is understood to form part of the environment in which the claimed design is embodied, but forms no part of the claimed design.

In addition, though the patterns on the upper and/or lower surfaces of the various embodiments may be of a different color than the remainder of the confectionary, a confectionary according to the claimed design merely includes upper and/or lower surface patterns that are visually distinguishable from the remainder of the confectionary.

We claim, the ornamental design for a confectionary article, as shown and described.
