FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a perspective view thereof when in use covering and electronic device.

The broken lines of all figures are for showing environmental features and are not part of the design.

The ornamental design for a combined portable battery pack and cover for portable electronic device, as shown and described.
