FIG. 1 is a perspective view of my new ornamental design for a hitch ornament display base, shown with an exemplary hitch ornament mounted thereon and the draw bar portion inserted in a hitch receiver;

FIG. 2 is a front view of the hitch ornament display base shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a back view of the hitch ornament display base shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a top view of the hitch ornament display base shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a bottom view of the hitch ornament display base shown in FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 6 is a side view of hitch ornament display base shown in FIG. 1.

The broken lines in the drawings of the hitch ornament display base are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design. The draw bar portion is shown broken away to indicate that it has no specific length beyond what is shown.
