FIG. 1 is an isometric view of a fifth wheel hitch pin decoupling device;

FIG. 2 is an enlarged front view of the device of FIG. 1, a rear view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left view of the device of FIG. 1, a right view being a mirror image thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a top view of the device of FIG. 1, a bottom view being a mirror image thereof.

The ornamental design for a fifth wheel hitch pin decoupling device, as shown and described.
