FIG. 5 is a depiction of a bottom view thereof.

FIG. 7 is a depiction of a side view thereof.

The broken lines shown in the drawings are included for the purpose of illustrating a portion of the plate and form no part of the claimed design.

Claims

The ornamental design for an adapter plate for a raised toilet seat assembly, substantially as shown and described.
