Aspects illustrated in phantom lines include zipper and zipper pull, a border for an applique surrounding the zipper and zipper pull; zig-zag stitching as best seen in the front view of FIG. 2 and the back view of FIG. 3, bottom border stitching as best seen in FIGS. 2 and 3, and a fastening stitch as best seen in FIGS. 3 and 10.
