Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of a portion of a display panel with a transitional graphical user interface showing a first image in a sequence according to a first embodiment of our new design;

FIG. 2 is a front view of a second image in the sequence of the first embodiment;

FIG. 3 is a front view of a portion of a display panel with a transitional graphical user interface showing a first image in a sequence according to a second embodiment of our new design; and,

FIG. 4 is a front view of a second image thereof in the sequence of the second embodiment.

The subject matter in this patent includes a process or period in which an image changes into another image. This process or period forms no part of the claimed design.

The broken lines showing of a portion of a display panel, text and images illustrate environment and form no part of the claimed design.

Claims

The ornamental design for a portion of a display panel with a transitional graphical user interface, as shown and described.
