FIG. 1 is a front view of a traffic control cabinet showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a front perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a back view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a back view thereof.

The broken line showing of handles, vents, a front plate, and internal structures is included for the purposes of illustrating portions of the “article” and form no part of the claimed design.
