FIG. 2 is an enlarged perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view of FIG. 2;

FIG. 4 is a right-side elevational view of FIG. 2;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view of FIG. 2;

FIG. 6 is a left-side elevational view of FIG. 2;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a top plan view thereof.

The broken line showing of a wheel and lug nut in FIGS. 1 and 2 represent an environment of use and form no part of the claim. The broken lines in FIG. 7 are included for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claim.

I claim the ornamental design for a spike lug nut, as shown and described.
