FIG. 4 is a rear elevation view of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 5 is a front elevation view of the cosmetic container of FIGS. 1-4 with the unclaimed waistband element to show the claimed surface beneath.

The four horizontal broken lines in FIGS. 1, 2, 4 & 5 and the three circular broken lines in FIG. 3 represent unclaimed lines on claimed surfaces.
