FIG. 7 is a top plan view of FIG. 2; and,

FIG. 8 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 2.

In the drawing figures the broken lines on the cargo carrier indicate stitching. The broken lines in FIG. 1 depict a truck and items stored in the cargo carrier that form no part of the claimed design.

I claim the ornamental design for a cargo carrier, as shown and described.
