Drawings 5-7 and 13-15 are lined to show contrasting colors.

The hose is shown with a symbolic break in its length. The appearance of any portion of the hose between the break lines forms no part of the claimed design.

Claims

We claim the ornamental design for an identification sleeve and flexible hose, as shown and described.
