FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a combined chin-up assist and stretching strap showing my new design.

FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof.

FIG. 3 is a right-side elevational view thereof; the left side being a mirror image;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The broken lines in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3 that separate the strap into three distinct portions define boundaries that form no part of the claimed design.
