FIG. 8 is a top plan view of FIG. 6, the bottom plan view being a mirror image thereof;

The broken lines showing a garment in FIG. 1 and text in the figures depict environmental matter and form no part of the claimed design. The remaining broken lines represent stitching, and are part of the claimed design.

I claim the ornamental design for a waist band and pocket card set, as shown and described.
