FIG. 9 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 10 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 11 is a right side view thereof;

FIG. 12 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 13 is a top view thereof; and,

FIG. 14 is a bottom view thereof.

The broken line showing of the remainder of the electronic device and the unshaded regions therein in FIGS. 1-14 is for environmental purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design. The radiating lines emanating from the diagonal region in FIGS. 8-14 represent illumination.

The ornamental design for an electronic device with illuminating surface ornamentation, as shown and described.
