FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an upper portion of a garment, showing a first embodiment of my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a right-side elevational view of FIG. 1, the left-side elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view of FIG. 1, illustrated with unclaimed environmental matter omitted for clarity of illustration;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 1, illustrated with unclaimed environmental matter omitted for clarity of illustration;

FIG. 7 is a perspective view of a second embodiment thereof;

FIG. 8 is a front elevational view of FIG. 7;

FIG. 9 is a rear elevational view of FIG. 7;

FIG. 10 is a right-side elevational view of FIG. 7;

FIG. 11 is a left-side elevational view of FIG. 7;

FIG. 12 is a top plan view of FIG. 7, illustrated with unclaimed environmental matter omitted for clarity of illustration; and,

FIG. 13 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 7, illustrated with unclaimed environmental matter omitted for clarity of illustration.

The broken line around the waistline of the garment represents stitching, and forms a part ofthe claimed design. The broken lines immediately adjacent the shaded areas represent the bounds of the claimed design while all other broken lines are directed to environment and are for illustrative purposes only; the broken lines form no part of the claimed design.

Claims

I claim the ornamental design for an upper portion of a garment, as shown and described.
