Description

This is a continuation-in-part of U.S. patent application Ser. No. 12/731,803 filed on Mar. 25, 2010 entitled “Adjustable Nasal Prong and Headgear Assembly,” the contents of which are incorporated by reference herein.

FIG. 1 is a front view of a headgear assembly showing the new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a left side view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a front, left, top perspective view thereof.

The dash dot dash broken line showing immediately adjacent the shaded form is included for the purpose of illustrating the bounds of the claimed design, while all other broken lines are directed to portions of the article excluded from the claim.

The ornamental design for a headgear assembly, as shown and described.
