The broken line portions of the vibrating element for speaker in all views represent unclaimed portions of the claimed design and form no part thereof. The portion shown in double cross-hatched lines in FIGS. 24-30 is pervious to light. The dot-dash broken lines in all views represent an unclaimed border of the claimed design. Specifically, the broken lines in an area composed of the dot-dash broken lines and solid lines in FIGS. 2, 6, 17, and 21 represent unclaimed boundaries of coating films.

The ornamental design for a vibrating element for speaker, as shown and described.
