FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of my new design for a window rain guard and wind deflector with bubble design;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view, the bottom plan view being a mirror image thereof;

The broken lines in FIG. 6 depict unclaimed environmental subject matter that forms no part of the claimed design.
