The sole FIGURE is a front view of a pediatric color eye chart showing my new design. The pediatric color eye chart has no appreciable thickness.

The design is shown having the following colors corresponding to the range of Pantone colors indicated below:

Red: Pantone 1795, 1797 or 1925;

Blue: Pantone 286, 293 or 2728;

Green: Pantone 340, 341, 348 or 3415;

Yellow: Pantone 101, 102, 394, 803 or 3945;

Grey: Pantone 430, 443 or 444;

Orange: Pantone 151, 164, 165, 716, 1505 or 1585;

Purple: Pantone 240, 247, 807, 2385 or 2395.

Claims

The ornamental design for a pediatric color eye chart, substantially as shown and described.
